So far I'm working on my survey but on these computers, the internet is slow/doesn't work too well with Surveymonkey.com! I will send my survey to my friends today and hopefully get some data back tonight. I'm asking simple questions to get a better understanding of what to zero in on.

Along with the survey I'll try to compare some of my friends at actual dance class's shoes and write observations so I can start to do experiments on which shoe is loudest ect...

For hardshoes I will be comparing the sounds and impulse that the shoes make. Using the differences of shoes I will see what shoes are the popular favorite and which make the most noise. I will use a survey site to gather information from Irish dancers whom are my friends and are in the irish dancing community on the west coast. When I present all of this information it will be easier to show all of the graphs and information with a wide variety of opinions and people.

Today I made a blog. My project for the 20 percent physics project is Irish dancing and the shoes that are used. There are 2 types of different shoes in Irish dancing, soft shoes and hard shoes. I will investigate the different brands of shoes and which give better sound and comfort.
