I am going to video tape my friend Victoria and Christina and Meaghan at dance class doing lateral jumps like a leap and a pachenko but also look at a vertical jump. I'm going to be looking at the force it takes to do these different tricks in irish dance. When I video them doing jumps I will measure how high they are jumping, the acceleration and velocity that goes with this and the way I found the force.
